With 14 years of full-time real estate experience, I bring professionalism, communication, and patience to work toward a successful real estate transaction. My goal as a Realtor is to help you find the right house at the right price. Education and honesty are key throughout the buying or selling process. I aim to keep you informed as to the latest in real estate law, financing, negotiating, as well as keep you connected to good people who can help you secure financing and do the various types of maintenance and renovation that comes with home ownership.
I am a statistics and pricing strategies nerd. In fact, I teach the classes in statistics and pricing for Keller Williams Huntsville, the highest volume brokerage in North Alabama. This allows me perfectly position my sellers' homes to maximize price and minimize days on the market. In the first quarter of 2018, I have sold 4 of my listing in less than 5 days for at or above list price.
I am a husband and the father of two and know what it is like to want what is best for your family. Helping families move and set up a new home is one of the most satisfying aspects of my job.
